We strive to send your package as quickly as possible. Orders placed before 12 noon on the day are normally sent the same day, we normally send the packages from us the same day, and at the latest within 2 business days due to weekends.

Delivery time will vary slightly depending on where in the country the package is to be delivered. Normally, the post office delivers within 1-5 business days.

We reserve the right to delay delivery times on special occasions.

Send an email to info@elmorganics.com with your order number and a message about your desired return. You will then be sent a return label.

You always have a 14-day right of withdrawal with us, this applies from the day you receive your package.

In order for the right of withdrawal to be exercised, the packaging must be unopened and the product unused. We cannot accept products that have been tried on due to hygienic reasons.

Pack the goods carefully and send them back to us together with a cancellation form or a letter.

If you cancel your purchase and use the cancellation period, we will refund the order amount, minus shipping, within 14 days of receiving the return.

If you do not pick up the package and otherwise remain passive, we will have no indication as to why the package has not been picked up.

You will then not have met the requirements set for you according to Section 11 and Section 13 of the Right of Withdrawal Act, and thus lose the right to withdraw from the agreement.

If you do not pay the new shipping fee, or wish to reship, you will be charged a fee of NOK 200 from the amount paid. The remaining amount will be credited depending on your payment method.

If you notify us in advance that you are exercising your right of withdrawal within the deadline, and you ask Posten to return the item, you will pay for the return cost yourself. When we receive the return, we will credit the items.
